My friend Sanjay R. Singhal who is an interior designer in the Chicago area invited me to participate in this event. Actually, Sanjay provided the plans for the pieces that were built and later exhibited. It's always nice to visit Chicago and these pieces were a lot of fun to build.

The 2006 Chicago Antiques Fair was held at the Merchandise Mart in downtown Chicago.
It was a very large event with hundreds of exhibitors. This building seems to go on forever on the inside.
