Owned by Jeff Drummond in Napa Valley, IA (a private community near Booneville) this house was built in 2006.  Mike Owens and his Halifax Artisans Guild  were hired to design and trim the interior of this home.  Mike also hired a few other carpenters (myself included) to help finish this wonderous home.

 

Highlights include the coffered ceiling, built-in cabinets, and wrap around window treatment in the office which was all built by Mike, a great job I must say!  Also, lots of arch-top windows and doors with which I had great pleasure working on. Other highlights included the dining room window treatment which Gabe Lueders (another carpenter/artist friend of ours) put together. Also a custom stair and rail system, custom window treatment and mantle in the living room, custom lockers in the mud room, and many more beautiful works.

 

Once again, Mike did all of the layout and design work, and just handed us drawings to build the stuff. The result is another fabulous collaboration to feast your eyes.
